Urbanite searching for a metropolis but ends up living in the desert amongst chain restaurants. Originally from Los Angeles, I spent most of my adult years in New York. Having studied art history and museum studies, my career path has taken me largely into the background of museums, art galleries and companies in charge of caring for private collections. Now that I am a stay-at-home mother, I seem to have more of a need to pamper myself. This blog is my retreat where I can indulge and unabashingly wax over the shallowest of human adornment.
