It’s hard for me to resist these. Really hard. And, only a few days ago, I told myself that I wouldn’t be checking out Bluefly. So, call me a hypocrite. These gorgeous Downtown totes by Yves Saint Laurent scream St. Tropez. Apparently, while they look big, they are lighter than the Tribute and even the Rive Gauche. How amazing is that? If I were to go vacationing, and could only bring one handbag, this would be it. It can be a carry-on, a day tote, and without effort at all, become a glittering evening companion. Metallics are the new neutrals and these carryalls will cast a flattering light over anything they touch in meteoric proportions. Note: I find that items on Bluefly, for the most part, sell quickly, but the site also replenishes usually. This means that one must check often!
