The quiet confidence of Brooks Brothers commands you to revere them, whether you like it or not. I would like to say that BB gets you the right attention, so you don’t have to, but that’s naive. Okay, so they do their part assisting you. That is a good thing especially if the meeting room is your primary place of residence. I would think that wearing a good handbag projects a state of assuredness similar to what our male counterparts may project with neckties. It’s funny how we just blend in when we are in our sweats or shorts over the weekend at the local lumber store picking out the new bbq or some new bulbs. But, do people seem to stand a little straighter, even rock back on their heels, when they see an excellent bag, and it’s attached to you? We stand out, as if to say, “I’m serious about buying what I see. Don’t peg me as a lookie-loo.” Projecting an authoritative facade doesn’t necessarily mean paying close to five digits because it was spawned from an atelier, but maybe a cool 1 to 2k from a well-respected clothier will do the trick. The design is, of course, almost an exact reflection of that you-know-what bag from France, but it is differentiated by the quilted treatment in cushy calfskin and magnetic hook closure. These handbags are a no-brainer to be inserted into the dame’s wardrobe.
