How do you feel about charms on handbags? I’m sort of like, “Eh.” Yet, I am blindly non-critical, virtually ga-ga, when I see anything from Tiffany & Co, which has put a full-page advertisement in the September issue of Lucky Magazine, promoting the habit of wearing charms on, yes, handbags. Somewhat novel but definitely affordable. And, if you don’t want to tinker with your handbag, a charm bracelet is always in mode and chic.
